1. With a limited number of pit pads in our pits for race cars to park on ( Please be advised pickup trucks , regular street cars, vans, motorcycles will not be welcome on these pit pads ) Race cars only.

2. If you rent a pit pad / pads and won't be racing that night or any night PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND YOU WANT TO USE YOUR PAD /PADS FOR THE NIGHT OR SEASON.

3. IF YOU HAVE A PIT PAD/PADS AND DON'T SHOW UP TO RACE AND HAVE NOT TOLD US IN ADVANCE WHO YOU WANT TO USE YOUR PIT PAD/PADS ( WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PARK ANY RACE CAR WE SEE FIT ON ANY EMPTY PAD /PADS.)

4. We ask you make your own deals with other teams or friends to use your pit pad/pads when you're not present.

5. ANY SPECIAL EVENTS WHEN YOUR DIVISION IS NOT SCHEDULED TO RACE ( WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PARK RACE CARS ON YOUR PAD/ PADS .)

6. IF IN THE EVENT YOUR NOT RACING AND YOU TOLD US SOMEONE WAS PARKING ON YOU PAD/PADS AND THAT PERSON HAS NOT CONTACTED US OR SHOWED UP BY 5:00 PM ( WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PARK ANOTHER RACE CAR ON SAID PAD/PADS.

7.  NO REFUNDS ON PIT PADS IF YOU DECIDE THAT YOU ARE NOT RACING AT THE TRACK OR IF YOU GET SUSPENDED FOR ANY REASON.
