2.  ENGINE:  4.6 ONLY OEM CAST IRON BLOCKS ONLY.  4.6 ONLY OEM STOCK PISTONS,  4.6 ONLY STOCK OEM RODS,  4.6 ONLY STOCK OEM CRANK,   4.6 ONLY STOCK OEM CAMS,( IF TEC FEELS YOU HAVE AFTERMARKET OR REGRINDS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PULL THEM FOR US TO HAVE A PROFILE DONE ON THEM )  4.6 ONLY STOCK CAM PULLEYS & GEARS FOR CROWN VIC, GRAND MARQUIS,LINCOLN TOWN CAR.  NO MERCURY MARAUDER OR RACING PARTS PERMITTED.  MUST REMAIN AN ENTIRELY STOCK 4.6 SOHC ENGINE ONLY.  MANIFOLD STOCK.  AIR FILTER STOCK.  STOCK OIL PAN.  NO MODIFYING OF THE THROTTLE BODY.  MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR MUST WORK PER FACTORY SPECS.  STOCK INJECTORS FOR 4.6.  NO AFTERMARKET FUEL PUMPS .OEM FACTORY COMPUTERS ONLY THAT FIT OEM PLUG. NO AFTERMARKET COMPUTERS. ABSOLUTELY NO TUNED COMPUTERS ABSOLUTELY NO ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ECM OF ANY KIND, STOCK PARAMETERS MUST BE IN PLACE WHEN INSPECTED. ( TRACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SWAP COMPUTERS AMONGST   ALL ENGINE PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION BY TECH. COMPRESSION AND VACUUM TESTS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON ALL CARS.



3.  TRANSMISSION AND TORQUE CONVERTER ( min size 11.25" ) MUST BE STOCK PARTS ONLY FOR A CROWN VIC , MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS , OR LINCOLN TOWN CAR 1995 AND NEWER. TRANSMISSIONS / CONVERTERS ARE SUBJECT TO BE PULLED FOR TECH FOR TO HAVE VERIFIED



4.  NO ALTERING OF FRAME OR ANY SUSPENSION.  CONTROL ARM MOUNTS FRONT AND REAR MUST BE AT FACTORY SPECS. ON FRAME.  NO CUTTING, SHORTENING, LENGTHENING, MOVING BALL JOINT LOCATION ON ARMS INCLUDING SWAY BAR LINKS OR MOUNTS.  NO SPACERS OF ANY KIND ON TOP OF SPRINGS OR STRUTS.  NO AIR-RIDE.  NO CUTTING, HEATING OR LOWERING OF SPRINGS.  ALL 4 SPRINGS MUST MATCH IN STYLE AND STOCK FREE HEIGHT  AND WIRE SIZE AND DIAMETER.  NO PROGRESSIVE SPRINGS.  NO SPRING RUBBERS PERMITTED.  SHOCKS AND SPRINGS CAN ONLY BE REPLACED BY THE SAME STOCK PARTS OR OEM REPLACEMENTS. NO RACING SPRINGS NO SPRINGS FROM ANY OTHER TYPE OF CAR OR TRUCK .  NO PAINTING OF SPRINGS OR SHOCKS.  THESE WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED ( YOU CAN CUT TWO 2" HOLES ABOVE REAR SHOCKS TO ACCESS TOP SHOCK NUT).  ONLY OEM PART REPLACEMENT NUMBERS FOR THESE SHOCKS FOR THESE CARS.  ANY FACTORY JOYCE OR BUMP STOPS MUST BE REMOVED.  NO ADJUSTABLE, PROGRESSIVE OR REBUILDABLE SHOCKS.  NO OFF ROAD OR RACING SHOCKS PERMITTED.  NO ECCENTRIC BOLTS IN REAR TRAILING ARMS. NO CHASSIS LIMITING DEVICES FRONT OR REAR. IF WE FEEL YOU HAVE ALTERED THE SHOCKS INSIDE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU PULL THEM SO WE CAN HAVE THEM TESTED.



5.  CASTER AND CAMBER:  MAY BE ADJUSTED AS FACTORY ADJUSTMENTS ALLOW. NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS PERMITTED.



6.  REAR END:  MUST REMAIN ENTIRELY STOCK ( NO AFTERMARKET CARRIERS  OF ANY TYPE NO LOCKERS OR RATCHING CARRIERS.)  FACTORY GEAR SIZES ONLY.  2.73, 3.27, 3.55 AND 3.73 (MAX) RATIOS ONLY ( NO MISMATCHED R&P ) YOU MAY WELD THE SPIDER GEARS UP.  IF ITS WELDED UP WE WILL CHECK THAT WITH CHALK  . YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DRILL HOLES IN A FEW REAR COVER BOLTS SO WE CAN WIRE AND INSTALL A SEAL. WE WILL CHECK THEM RANDOMLY FOR ALL THE TAMPERING TRICKS. THERE IS A $100 FINE FOR TAMPERING WITH OUR SEAL OR WIRE. YOU MUST SHOW UP WITH COVER OFF THE FIRST TIME SO WE CAN CHECK GEAR, SPIDER GEARS AND INSTALL A SEAL SEAL. PLEASE REMOVE AND DRILL A 1/8TH " HOLE THROUGH THE HEADS OF 3 BOLTS. IF COMING FROM ANOTHER TRACK THAT HAS SEALS IN PLACE WE WILL HAVE TO VERIFY THE SEAL NUMBER WITH THEM SO BRING THAT TRACKS TECH MANS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WITH YOU. IF WE CAN NOT VERIFY IT WE MUST RESEAL IT WITH ONE OF OURS.



7.  STEERING COLUMN:  MUST REMAIN STOCK.  ADDING A MAXIMUM 6" EXTENSION TO SHAFT OR WHEEL AND A QUICK DISCONNECT STEERING WHEEL IS PERMITTED.



8.  BRAKES:  MUST BE STOCK OEM.  DRILLED ROTORS ARE PERMITTED.  NO SCALLOPED ROTORS.  



9.  ROLL CAGE:  MUST HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 4 MAIN CAGE DOWN BARS                ( PERIMETER CAGE ONLY) INSTALLED THROUGH FRAME RAILS AND WELDED SECURELY TO TOP OF FRAME.   (NO OTHER BARS ANYWHERE TO THE FRAME).  WELDS WILL BE INSPECTED.  MINIMUM REQUIRED CAGE BARS ARE AS FOLLOWS:  4 DRIVER SIDE DOOR BARS,  2 PASSENGER SIDE HORIZONTAL BARS WITH 1 DIAGONAL,  2 REAR HOOP-HORIZONTAL,  1 FRONT-HORIZONTAL, 1 FROM REAR TO FRONT CENTER OF CAGE,  3 1/2 DIAMETER STEEL RODS/TUBES LOCATED IN FRONT OF DRIVER FROM HALO TO HORIZONTAL BAR.  (ADD SCREEN/MESH IF NO WINDSHIELD USED.)  DRIVERS DOOR PLATE MAY BE WELDED TO OUTSIDE OF DOOR BARS, OR 1/4" STEEL PLATE BETWEEN EACH DOOR BAR.  EXTRA BARS IN CAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  EXTRA DOOR BARS ARE PERMITTED TO TIE THINGS TOGETHER.  



10.  A RACING SEAT IS MANDATORY WITH A 5 POINT HARNESS.  A FULL CONTAINMENT RACING SEAT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  MANDATORY FOR MINORS.  BELTS CAN BE NO OLDER THAN THEIR EXPIRATION DATE.  ALL NEW BELTS HAVE THE DATE THEY EXPIRE PRINTED ON THEM.  IT MUST BE CHANGED BY THEN.  ALL MINORS MUST HAVE A FULL CONTAINMENT SEAT AND WEAR A HEAD AND NECK RESTRAINT DEVICE, HANS OR EQUIVALENT.  MINORS WILL NOT RACE WITHOUT THESE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.                       SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON GOOD QUALITY STUFF



11.  A PROPERLY MOUNTED WINDOW NET IS MANDATORY.  LATCH FOR WINDOW NET SHOULD BE IN UPPER FRONT CORNER.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NASCAR STYLE LATCH.  MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES ON TRACK.  



12.  ALL CARS CAN REMOVE WIPER MOTOR, ALL AIR CONDITIONING BOXES AND RELATED PARTS.  COMPRESSOR CAN BE REMOVED AND A SHORTER BELT INSTALLED.  HOLES IN FIREWALL MUST BE PATCHED.  NO GUTTING OF HOODS, DECK LIDS, FENDERS OR STRUCTURE OF BODY .DOORS AND POST AREA CAN HAVE SOME MATERIAL REMOVED FOR DOOR BAR CLEARANCE FOR ROLL CAGE DO NOT GO OVERBOARD IN THIS AREA. DO NOT LIGHTEN OR STRIP ANY OTHER PARTS OFF CAR.  REAR FIREWALL AND DECK WHERE TOP OF BACK SEAT WAS MUST BE SEALED OFF WITH STEEL.  ALL HOLES COVERED.  ANY HOLES IN FLOORS INSIDE OF CAR MUST BE PATCHED.  



13.  DASH:  MUST BE ALL STOCK.  ALL AIR BAGS IN CAR MUST BE REMOVED.  LEFT AND RIGHT ENDS OF DASH CAN BE TRIMMED FOR ROLL BAR CLEARANCE ONLY.  RADIO CAN BE REMOVED. AIR BAGS MUST BE REMOVED. 



14.  PEDALS:  MUST REMAIN STOCK AND IN STOCK POSITION.



15.  WINDSHIELD:  STOCK WINDSHIELD PERMITTED.  LEXAN WINDSHIELD PERMITTED WITH 3 VERTICAL BARS ADDED IN FRONT OF DRIVER.  NO WINDSHIELD IS PERMITTED WITH 3 VERTICAL BARS AND SCREEN IN FRONT OF DRIVER.  



16.  RADIATOR:  MUST CONTAIN WATER ONLY.  NO ANTIFREEZE.  IF ANTIFREEZE IS FOUND IT IS A $100.00 FINE. 



17.  BATTERY:  MUST BE LOCATED BEHIND DRIVERS SEAT PLACED IN A SECURE BOX BOLTED IN PLACE.  THE BATTERY ITSELF MUST BE HELD IN PLACE BY A BATTERY HOLD DOWN STRAP.  COMPLETELY COVERED DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY BATTERIES ARE VERY HEAVY 



18.  FUEL KILL SWITCH:  MUST BE IN REAR WINDOW OPENING ON DECK OR BEHIND DRIVERS ROLL CAGE.  A KILL ALL SWITCH MUST BE MARKED "ON" AND "OFF" AND IN PLAIN SIGHT FOR TRACK CREW.  THIS IS MANDATORY!!!



19.  EXHAUST:  MUST GO BEHIND THE DRIVER AND EXIT TO THE SIDE OR REAR OF CAR.  



20.  BUMPERS:  FRONT AND REAR CAN BE REPLACED WITH 1 3/4 ROUND THIN WALL TUBING.  MUST BE HOLLOW FORM FITTED AND CURVED BACK TO FENDERS AND A BRACE HOOKED TO FRAME.  ANY SHARP EDGES OR POINTS MUST BE ADDRESSED.  A STEEL TOWING HOOP OR CHAINS ARE REQUIRED ON THE FRONT.   NO REAR BRACING.  NO PUSH BUMPERS OF ANY KIND.  IF CAR CAME FACTORY WITH ONE IT MUST BE REMOVED.  CHAINS OR STRAP MUST BE MOUNTED ON REAR FRAME OR BUMPER SHOCKS TO TOW THE CAR FROM THE REAR.  



21.  HOOD AND TRUNK LID UN GUTTED:  MANDATORY THE HOOD AND TRUNK LID MUST HAVE HOOD TYPE PINS FOR EASY ACCESS BY TRACK OFFICIALS.    MANDATORY FULL POWER SHUT OFF SWITCH TO BE MOUNTED IN A LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS BY THE TRACK OFFICIALS, MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED "ON" AND "OFF".  AGAIN NO CUTTING OF PARTS OR BODIES.  CARS WEIGHT WILL BE CHECKED OCCASIONALLY.



22.  NO PLUG IN OR INLINE TUNERS PERMITTED.  NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES OF ANY KIND SUCH AS TIMING CONTROL OR ADVANCE DEVICES, CELL PHONES NOT PERMITTED, IN THE CAR OR ON YOUR PERSON ON TRACK.  GO-PRO CAMERAS ATTACHED TO CAR ARE PERMITTED. 1 CHANEL ONE WAY RACE RECEIVER IS MANDATORY FOR RACING                          NO SCANNERS PERMITTED.



23.  TIRES:   ALL SEASON TIRES ONLY.  ALL 4 TIRES MUST BE THE SAME SIZE.   THESE TIRE SIZES ONLY:  235/55/17,  225/60/16,  215/71/15.  NO HIGH PERFORMANCE TIRES.  NO DIRECTIONAL TIRES.  NO AUTOCROSS TIRES.  NO TIRE SOAKING OR TREATING TIRES.  NO RSA TIRES PERMITTED.  A MINIMUM TREAD WEAR OF 400.  TIRES CAN BE SHAVED BUT MUST BE FLAT ACROSS SURFACE NO SHAVING CAMBER INTO TIRES.



24.  RIMS:  MUST BE STOCK OEM RIMS MANUFACTURED FOR THESE TYPES OF CARS.  ALL 4 MUST BE THE SAME SIZE AND OFFSET.  NO WHEEL SPACERS.  NO OFFSET RIMS ON CARS 2001 AND NEWER.  



25.  SAFETY:   A GOOD QUALITY FIRE SUIT IS MANDATORY.  SNELL 2015 UP APPROVED CAR RACING HELMET IS MANDATORY.  RACING GLOVES AND RACING SHOES ARE MANDATORY.  A 1 CHANEL ONE WAY RACE RECEIVER IS MANDATORY FOR THE TOWER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE DRIVER OR YOU WILL BE SENT OFF TRACK. GOOD EAR BUDS AND NEW BATTERIES WEEKLY WILL HELP.  



26.  CHEATING:    DRIVER AND CAR DISQUALIFIED, LOSS OF ALL POINTS AND PAID TOW MONEY ONLY FOR THAT NIGHT.   2ND TIME CHEATING WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM THE CLASS FOR 1 MONTH AND A $300 FINE . FINE MUST BE PAID BEFORE RACING AGAIN .3 STRIKES YOU ARE OUT FOR 1 CALENDAR YEAR FROM DATE OF OFFENCE.  REFUSAL TO PULL ANY PARTS OFF FOR AUTHENTICATION OR VERIFICATION WHEN ASKED BY TECH  WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SUSPENSION FROM THE CLASS  AND NOT PERMITTED TO RACE AGAIN UNTIL A $300 FINE IS PAID AND CAR AND OR PARTS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PASSED BY TECH. TECH OFFICIALS HAVE FINAL SAY ANY RULING IS FINAL AND BINDING. THIS RULE IS DIFFERENT FOR A CLAIM. FAILING TO ACCEPT A CLAIM WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO RACE IN THIS CLASS.

OR THE TRACK / TECH WITH NO EXCHANGE WITH A 35%  INCREASE ADDED TO CLAIM PRICES.  DRIVERS MUST FILE YOUR CLAIM CASH ONLY( SECRETLY WITH AN OFFICIAL BEFORE THE START OF THE FEATURE) TRACK OFFICIALS WILL NOTIFY DRIVER OF PARTS BEING CLAIMED AFTER FEATURE. TRACK OFFICIALS WILL OVERSEE ALL PARTS BEING EXCHANGED. ALL PARTS BEING EXCHANGED MUST BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.  FAILURE TO EXCEPT A CLAIM WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT SUSPENSION FROM THE CLASS.
